About Ayuryoga
Healing is more than treating the body - it is learning to nurture the whole person.
AyurYoga is a gentle, therapeutic approach that brings together the healing practices of yoga with the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda to nurture physical, emotional, mental, and energetic well-being.
Each monthly session explores a different theme, offering practical tools to support you wherever you are on your healing journey.
Classes may include gentle movement, breath awareness, meditation, deep relaxation, mindfulness, and simple Ayurvedic self-care rituals that sustain energy, digestion, sleep, stress resilience, and overall vitality. Participants will also learn seasonal and lifestyle techniques that can be easily woven into daily life.
This class offers a compassionate space to reconnect with yourself. Every practice is adaptable, meeting you where you are and honoring your unique needs and abilities.
No prior yoga experience is necessary.
In yoga, there is a timeless saying: where awareness goes, energy flows.
Through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and compassionate awareness, we gently guide our attention inward. As we reconnect with ourselves, we create space for healing, build resilience, and cultivate greater ease in everyday life.
More than a yoga class, AyurYoga is an invitation to cultivate lifelong practices that help you live with greater awareness, balance, resilience, and quality of life.
