A gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect with your natural rhythm, and return to the wisdom within.

About the Workshop

Spanda means “pulse” or “vibration,” the subtle movement of consciousness and the inner rhythm flowing through all of life.

When the mind is pulled in many directions, thoughts, tasks, and distractions can veil our awareness of the Spanda already present within us.

We may lose touch with our own rhythm, though it never truly leaves us.

This practice is an invitation to return inward.

Through gentle movement, breath awareness, sound, and stillness, we create space to soften the mind, settle the body, and become more receptive.

In this space, Spanda is not something we force or search for. It naturally reveals itself through deeper awareness, sensitivity, and presence. Practices such as Buddha Palm and Byosen become pathways for exploring the subtle experiences that arise.

Together, we will explore:

• Settling the nervous system and quieting mental activity

• Deepening awareness of breath and prāṇa

• Exploring subtle sensations and the language of the body

• Cultivating stillness, presence, and inner listening

• Reconnecting with our natural rhythm and inner wisdom

As we enter silence, stillness, and spaciousness, we reconnect with the pulse of consciousness that has always been within us
