About BE Movement
Breathe Easy Movement (BE Movement) is a free weekly online offering by Sampurna Yoga created to support rest, balance, and reconnection through the practices of yoga, breath, awareness, and subtle body integration.
In today’s fast-paced world, many of us carry stress not only in the body, but also in the breath, nervous system, mind, and energy field. This practice offers a gentle space to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself — physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.
Rooted in an integrative yogic approach, each session weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, relaxation, meditation, and subtle body awareness to support healing, regulation, and integration across body, breath, mind, energy, and awareness.
This is not a performance-based practice. The emphasis is not on how a posture looks, but on how it feels within your own body and breath. Rather than forcing or fixing the body, the practice encourages listening, compassion, and befriending the body through awareness and presence.
Accessible to all levels, the sessions are simple, grounding, and welcoming - whether you are completely new to yoga or returning to your practice.
