An integrative yoga therapy practice for the whole self

About Sādhana

A weekly practice of turning inward
Sādhana is a weekly online practice with Shikha Pasrija, created as a space to slow down, ease stress, and reconnect within.
Each week, we come together to move, breathe, rest, and reflect, making space for the whole self: physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.

What We’ll Practice
Each practice may include gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, rest, and contemplative practices, creating space to listen inward, cultivate awareness, and reconnect with yourself.
Together, we move from movement to stillness, sound to silence, and doing to being.

Who This Is For
Sādhana is for anyone who feels called to slow down, turn inward, and create a little more space for themselves.

No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed.
