Subtle Body Yogic Workshop
Sat, April 25th, 1 PM - 5 PM
The Subtle Body in Yoga: Coming Back to the Self
An experiential workshop rooted in yogic wisdom with Shikha

About the Workshop
Much of our experience unfolds before we consciously notice it. When we pause and slow down, we begin to meet life closer to its source.
This workshop is an invitation to turn inward and gently explore the subtle and energetic body as it is lived and felt.
The practice approaches the body as an interconnected field of breath, energy, sensation, and awareness. Through direct experience rather than theory, participants are guided to listen, sense, and relate to the subtle body with curiosity and presence
What you will explore
• The subtle body as a lived experience and its relationship with the physical body
• How the physical and energetic bodies interweave through the chakras, nadis, vayus, and koshas
• Growing sensitivity to subtle sensations and energetic shifts
• The relationship between fascia, the nervous system, and the movement of prana
• How attention and awareness guide the flow of prana
• Breath, meditation, and visualization as supports for balance and clarity
• A gradual unfolding from grounding toward spacious awareness
• Ways to bring these understandings into personal practice and teaching
This workshop is open to practitioners drawn to introspective exploration of yoga and subtle awareness.
The pace and structure of the workshop naturally support rest, inward reflection, and clarity.
Participants leave with a clearer, felt understanding of the subtle body and practices they can return to in personal practice and teaching.
