Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy at Sampurna is the professional application of the principles and practices of yoga to support health and well being. Rooted in the wisdom of yoga and informed by modern understanding of health, it offers a gentle and individualized approach that works with the whole person including body, breath, mind, and lived experience.
Through practices such as mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflection, sessions invite greater awareness and balance. Over time, through self observation, study, and practice, one begins to better understand mental and habitual patterns, cultivate a compassionate relationship with oneself, and move toward greater steadiness, mental peace, and quality of life.
This work is offered as a supportive and collaborative process that may complement medical or mental health care, while honoring each person’s unique path toward healing and wholeness.
Sampurna Meditaiton
Meditation at Sampurna is offered as a gentle
journey inward. Rather than something to achieve or perfect, meditation is approached as a natural
unfolding that happens when space, stillness, and awareness are cultivated.
Recognizing that each person’s life experiences and
inner landscape are unique, each session is thoughtfully tailored to individual needs.
Practices may include breath awareness, mindfulness, mantra, reflective inquiry, guided meditation, movement based meditation, or deep rest through Yoga Nidra, allowing the practice to meet you where you are.
With compassion and lived experience in yoga, meditation, reiki, and qigong, Shikha walks the path with you, sharing simple tools that invite stillness, spaciousness, and silence while nurturing a steady and compassionate relationship with yourself.
Meditation offerings are available for individuals and organizations, in person or virtually.




Reiki at Sampurna
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and well-being. Originating in Japan, Reiki works with the universal life force energy that flows through all living beings.
At Sampurna, Reiki is offered through Shikha’s lived practice of yoga, meditation, and subtle energy awareness. Rooted in stillness and presence, she holds a quiet and compassionate space where the body can rest deeply and receive what it needs.
As the body relaxes, stuck, stale, or stagnant energy
may begin to move, allowing a natural sense of ease and clarity to return.
Many people experience Reiki as deeply calming and restorative. Research suggests Reiki may support relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and help activate the body’s natural rest and healing response.
Dharma Mentoring
Dharma mentoring at Sampurna offers a reflective
space for clarity and self-exploration. Rooted in the
spirit of Kalyana Mitta, or spiritual friendship, it is a relationship grounded in trust, thoughtful dialogue, and shared inquiry.
In a world often filled with noise and constant
movement, this space invites a gentle return to stillness. Through conversation and contemplation, one reconnects with the self while navigating life’s unfolding with greater awareness.
Sessions draw from the wisdom of yoga and Dao philosophy and unfold through contemplative dialogue, meditation, breath work, gentle movement, and reflective practice.
This offering may support those seeking clarity and a deeper connection with themselves while navigating life’s questions and transitions.

Three primary learning paths are offered at Sampurna:
Sampurna Reiki – A four-level training in energetic awareness offered by invitation only, focusing on grounding, energetic clarity, and the ability to hold a steady and responsible container for oneself and others.
Sampurna Meditation – A path for developing a steady meditation foundation and learning to transmit meditation through presence while offering tools that meet students where they are.
Living Dharma – A learning path for yoga teachers and practitioners that integrates yoga philosophy, subtle body wisdom, and embodied experience into teaching and daily life.

Reset Program
Sampurna Reset delivers yoga therapy–informed
wellness programs that support employee wellbeing
across schools, universities, healthcare, and corporate settings. These practical, accessible offerings help reduce stress and strengthen resilience, focus, and balance. Programs are tailored to each organization and available in person or online, with no prior experience or special equipment required.
Led by Shikha Pasrija, C-IAYT, sessions integrate breathwork, mindfulness workshops, guided meditation, gentle movement, and reflective practices to support emotional regulation and whole-person wellbeing. Formats include workshops, professional development, leadership sessions, and ongoing series, providing sustainable tools employees can apply in their daily work.
